  SHOCKING. The 1 star should read as MINUS 1. Unfortunately, the staff had no concept of "SERVICE" .Took 1/2 an hour to get served at our table, then finally the entrees came out WITH TWO OF THE MEALS!!!!! By the time the last meals arrived the first 2 were finished. One of the pizzas had been forgotten. When we complained, we were offered a 50% discount which was appreciated, but as for going back................

  Begrudgingly giving 1 star. Entrees arrived with 2 of our 7 meals. 3 year olds meal was almost last one out. 1 hadn't even been cooked. Finally arrived as everyone else had finished. 50% discount to compensate, but not good enough. Will never be back. Damn shame

  17/02/2018 - We ordered a bowl of Spags chips, a large Hawaiian pizza 🍕, a small Thai Chicken pizza 🍕 and a small Seafood pizza 🍕. 😋 It was yummy and delicious! 👍 However, the slight letdown was the staff attitude, not very enthusiastic and not friendly (they should smile when greeting the clients). They didn't come to serve us or taking our [food] order, but were busy talking behind the counter. Also, me and another patron need to walk to the counter to exchange the empty [cold] water bottle by ourselves. They definitely need to improve their customer service. The interior decor is furnished with Mediterranean style with dim lighting and I think it suits this pizza business. Personally, I'm happy with this arrangement. Some might say romantic while others might say too dark. Either way, everyone will have their own opinions. There are plenty of parking spaces at the back of the building. However, they are sharing the spaces with Joe's Garage. Will be hard to find a parking space on Friday evening around dinner time. Would I go back? Maybe 🤔. I have to think of my waistline 😭😭😭 Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 Customer service: ⭐⭐ out of 5 Environment: nice and comfy, ⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 The key letdown is their customer service.

  This used to be my favourite place , but went there last week and its disgraceful. Really dirty, smells, the water bottles have fungi in the bottom which indicates these are not being washed out. Pizza was average, dry and overcooked. I had to go to the counter to get service!. Its unloved and run by kids and it shows.. The whole place needs to be closed and cleaned .

  Went here with some fellow uni students - We were all quite put off by the interior decor. With very little lighting inside, it really doesn't set a good atmostphere - Especially if you are dining in and paying higher prices. Staff are easy going and friendly. The lunch deal is pretty good for students. Around $10 gets you home-style garlic bread and a small pizza of your choice. But would recommend getting it to take away.
