  Completely unprofessional. We moved our furniture and waited but he called on the day to say his machine wasn't working and would call back later in the day. Two days later we tried calling him back and he wouldn't answer our phone calls. In the meantime my husband and I and three young children were living in limbo as we weren't sure when he would be arriving. We gave up a few days later and moved the furniture back. Would not recommend.

  Very unprofessional, purchased a Treat Me voucher to clean carpets when moving out of a rental property, they didn't confirm the date and time, no response to phone messages or texts - I do not recommend this company. I spent more time and money to get the carpet sorted than the voucher was even worth.

  We had our carpets cleaned by Robin,very happy with the job,and the friendliness,and the extra mile they went to please highly recommend,and have been converted to Our Services for the cleaning of our carpets from now on. But suggest when you contact them you do it by txt as phone seems to be a problem

  Very unprofessional never returned messages by phone or email not even a message on there own phone , emailed treat me to have a refund as we purchased the carpet cleaning service through them .We had a reply from Our cleaning services which we made a time of 9 am the following Saturday at 10 am no one had shown up i called the owner who said they were on there way at, 11.30 they turned up with a carpet cleaning machine not much bigger than a rug doctor it was not even working correctly no steam coming out just cold water, all we ended up was soaking wet carpets.
