  Lovely staff and amazing jewellery, Got a ring made by pacific jewellers and they were so on to it, able to work with my budget and produce the best product possible! Talked to be throughout the whole process and were very efficient. 100% reccomend if you are looking for a job well done.

  Disgusting service, manager did not even care, would never shop there again, definately would not recommend this jeweller to anyone. Rude, unhelpful staff, the two ladies were too busy cleaning well trying to rather than care about the customer. Can see why they have bad reviews on here. Funny how they don’t allow reviews on their Facebook page cause they obviously are well aware their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, am making a formal complaint to Dora Rings International. They should not be a stockist of Dora rings if they don’t care, and don’t know the process for Dora products and services. Need negative stars on here for this business!!!

  Amazing hard working people that are very helpful and make sure to get everything you need/want. Interesting to be able to see a jeweller working on jewellery right before your eyes.

  Would not recommend! Customer service is terrible! Made a special 45 min car ride to have ring sized while I wait and was told that the information they advised the day before was never advised. I was then told that there are plenty of other jellewers around town I could visit. I know if that was my company I would not be happy If my employees are telling customers there lying and go somewhere else. I would have given only one star if it wasn't for the gentlemen trying to smooth over things and explain further.

  I love this Jewellers so much I am in there almost every week. great service great people they create quality jewellery and communicate with you through the whole process. Steve, Jo and the rest of the team are great providing prompt service and extremely helpful guidance. I would certainly recommend.
