  Not at all in it for the customer. First staff lied about not making size 17 bracelets for the one I wanted so I would buy a different one in store, then when revisiting to change size within the 14 day allowance the staff continue to say it's a good size and do everything to convince me to keep it rather than help resolve the issues raised despite complaints about comfort and are giving completely different advice about sizing from what they first said. Still within 14 day sizing exchange policy. Not going back a 4th time

  We fly from the U.S to Wellington quite often and the few times we have been here we have received the absolute worst customer service. The salespeople are incredibly lazy and stuck up. One girl even sold us something she knew was wrong for our needs and made us have to run back hours before our flight. I don't know if it's incompetence or pure laziness, I do hope it's the latter. We'll just be making our purchases in the U.S in advance from here on out. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

  The customer service is extremely bad! I have received on several occasions from this store (from the two older people, and the new salesperson who work in this store) The older guy and younglady are snobby The older guy is the boss, he does not care the customer service at all. I am not going to this store anymore I swear
