  I think it would be easier if the road markings were changed and the angle parking was marked the other way to more easily allow traffic to drive in from Nevis Street to pick up their mail then exit on to the Esplanade, as a lot of the traffic already does this.

  Was open at 7.15am on a Monday morning. Parcels there and handed over. Post lady helpfull and friendly for that time of morning. Just wish it opened in the weekend.

  Impossible to collect a parcel if you work full time as they open 8 to 5 on weekdays only...

  Ring this place first! I checked my online tracking and it said my parcel was ready for collection and was then told it was at the depot. Also their hours are unclear. The sign on the door says they open at 6:00am. The collection slip said 7:30am, Google said 8:00am, and the receptionist said 7:00am. Was all a bit of a muck around really.

  No issues with company but they have very grumpy and mannerless person on reception. No manners how to deal with customers. Old man must be late 60s
