::Worst branch in all NZ. The staff was not helpful at all. Was obvious that the lady at the counter does not like her job and try to avoid to do her duties. She refused to process a IRD form claiming that was incomplete. Was only an excuse to avoid to process the form. The same application was taken without hesitation by another branch.
