::Just wanted to share my personal experience. Poor communication and quote estimation. Actual invoice over twice the 'estimate', which makes me feel very dissatisfied. We chose them as their estimate was cheaper than others, but it turned out that the other quotes which were in writing, and in detail was much cheaper than them. I suggest that you communicate the cost-breakdown upfront in terms of approximate material costs + certification cost + how is the labor hours calculated, etc. to avoid surprises. Otherwise, good and friendly staff. Good workmanship. Thanks!
