  Just wanted to share my personal experience. Poor communication and quote estimation. Actual invoice over twice the 'estimate', which makes me feel very dissatisfied. We chose them as their estimate was cheaper than others, but it turned out that the other quotes which were in writing, and in detail was much cheaper than them. I suggest that you communicate the cost-breakdown upfront in terms of approximate material costs + certification cost + how is the labor hours calculated, etc. to avoid surprises. Otherwise, good and friendly staff. Good workmanship. Thanks!

  I have several properties and use Plumbing and Gas Works for all the repairs and maintenance. They are always there when I need them and give great value for money. I have recommended Plumbing and Gas Works to several of my friends because of the great service I get.
