  I first visited Refresh in 2015 with what I thought was a simple knee injury - not so! Unlike the doctors I had already seen, Catherine's instinct was to push further after suspecting something else was awry. Thanks to her careful attention to detail, a number of referrals and her advocating for getting to the bottom of the problem, I now have a medical condition exposed and well under control. Catherine is wonderful - she takes great care to understand the full situation and work out the best treatment suited to your needs and lifestyle. I've since moved to Lower Hutt, but I'll still pick Refresh ANY time I need to see a Physio. Mina on the front desk is also just lovely to deal with. 11/10 would definitely recommend.

  ........................”Catherine’s Pilate’s classes are a godsend. Previously I suffered from neck and back pain, generally my right side was always aching somewhere. With only a handful of classes under my belt, the pain and discomfort has been noticeably lessened and I feel a lot stronger and invigorated when at the gym. Plus it’s a lot of fun lying around and stretching like a cat! They know what they’re doing and so does Catherine. I highly recommend it'. Mike.
