  Not usually one to bother writing website reviews, I'm making an exception because I really am impressed by what I've seen and experienced at the Results Room. The Results Room has a great vibe about it, it's a really nice environment to work out in and the staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease. The Results Room team seem to have a genuine desire not only to help people achieve their fitness goals, but to improve their health in general. More than anything I am impressed by Dan and Steve's ability to think outside the square in designing an innovative approach to exercise and nutrition that can be used by anyone at any level of fitness. The Results Room's unique approach works because it's simple and sustainable and they give you all the support you need. I've belonged to lots of gyms and I think this one's tops!

  You could not find a more supportive environment, and I say that with some authority having been a past and current member of other BIG NAME gyms. The limited membership ensures that not only do all the trainers know you, but you soon get to know the other clients as well. Add the constant humour and banter, and it really does feel like the gym where-everyone-knows-your-name­…. The trainers all model the results room ethos and you can't help but be inspired to 'push yourself for a change'!

  wow! An awesome place to train. Most gyms scare the heck outta me but this is different. The staff are really friendly and so helpful.

  Results Room is great. The trainers are friendly and the training effective. Dan, Steve, and team are passionate about their work and really want their clients to get good results. Their Real Food and Sweaty Session methodology has paid dividends for me. Highly recommended.

  I joined Results Room this year to improve my running and have really enjoyed working out at their gym. I am not normally a gym person, mainly because I don't like the one-size fits all approach, or crowded areas. I also enjoy being outside too much. I have my own tailored programmes and am already seeing results. I am fitter, faster and stronger. It is also good to see the progress I make each week. One of the best things about Results Room is the trainers. Every one of them knows your name and is welcoming, even if you are not their client. This builds a really good environment to work out and stay motivate to achieving results.
