::The Heat Pump People were great to deal with. They recommended two heat pumps which we had installed. On the installation day they turned up on time, were polite and knowledgeable and tidied up their mess at the end. They even threw in a free service in 2 years time. I would highly recommend the Heat Pump People for heat pump installations and would happily use their services again.

::The Heat Pump People's technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but I wasn't impressed that they charged us 1.5 hours for a 15 minute consultation (to tell us the heat pump was broken beyond repair) and then also charged for the time to issue a quote. I would establish costs up front as they were quite a pricey outfit from my point of view, we didn't go ahead with them for the install.
