On the installation day they turned up on time, were polite and knowledgeable and tidied up their mess at the end. They even threw in a free service in 2 years time. I would highly recommend the Heat Pump People for heat pump installations and would happily use their services again.

::The Heat Pump People's technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but I wasn't impressed that they charged us 1.5 hours for a 15 minute consultation (to tell us the heat pump was broken beyond repair) and then also charged for the time to issue a quote. I would establish costs up front as they were quite a pricey outfit from my point of view, we didn't go ahead with them for the install.
