::On time but didn't secure the small components of furniture at pick up (so an old mirror lost some irreplaceable parts in transit) and ignored 'fragile - this way up' markings on drop off. Have had better service from cheap shift-a-flat companies.

They were very punctual (showing up in the wee hours of the morning in order to ensure Pylon cones were put in place for parking downtown Wellington). The company was supportive and organised and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable company to move their precious belongings.
