::On time but didn't secure the small components of furniture at pick up (so an old mirror lost some irreplaceable parts in transit) and ignored 'fragile - this way up' markings on drop off. Have had better service from cheap shift-a-flat companies.

They were very punctual (showing up in the wee hours of the morning in order to ensure Pylon cones were put in place for parking downtown Wellington).
