::I spent 30 minutes filling out the application forms to join your bank several weeks ago and never heard back. I attached all of the required ID forms. All I wanted was to switch my KiwiSaver to a NZ bank. I don't see why that has to be so difficult. Why is it so easy to join an Australian bank and impossible to join a NZ bank?
