  Have been into store twice now to inquire about buying and getting a fire installed. Twice they have taken down our details, even remembering the first time we went in and been told that we would hear from them in the week to arrange the installation quote. Twice they have not called to follow up on the instore enquiries. Heading to Mitre 10 tomorrow. Disappointing!

  Some people are retailers, These guys help you buy what you want. I was so impressed with the service in the Hamilton store. I wanted a specific BBQ. These guys in front of me called their other branch, then called their suppliers and got me what I wanted that afternoon. They acted as a team to get a result for us faster than fast. This is the sort of company I would always go to first from now on.
