  Worst experience ever. Post is lost for 18days. No respond so far. Waiting the problem to be resolved forever. Nobody answer phone for customer service.

  Very disappointed with an older woman. She changed the owner ship of car with wrong registration number when I sold my car but she's never fixed. So I went to AA centre to fix it myself. Other day, she did never try to look for my parcel that would be collected at here, and told me to go somewhere else, so I run around several postshop in CHCH, finally I found it at here even front of her. But she just glared at me even i was not at all wrong. Terrible person

  My review is of the Kiwibank part of the shop. I was served by an older woman who appeared to not know what she was doing or the banks usual processes. She consulted a younger staff member with dark hair, who appeared to be extremely angry judging by her facial expression. She honestly, did not stop frowning and glared at me when questioning the banking I was attempting to get done. Kiwibank, you really need to work on recruiting COMPETENT, HAPPY, HELPFUL staff. I have never walked out of a bank feeling so badly about my experience. A smile and friendly manner should be a MUST from all your staff.
