  Had my mobile and landline accounts with Vodafone for over two years now but that's it - after the latest abysmal experience I will never use them again as long as I live.

  Just had some great service from Mattea Wait at Lambton Quay. I’d had real trouble dealing with the call centre but Mattea was really patient and helpful and resolved the issue for me. 5 stars for Mattea (1 for Vodafone). Keep up the good work Mattea!

  Without doubt, Vodafone is the most abysmal, rage-inducing, antagonistic, client-alienating companies who purport to providing communications in New Zealand. Antiquated plan structures. Amorphous, vague support teams who appear to purposefully employ obfuscating tactics superior to even Telecom circa 1999, and a disgusting, untenable disregard for their client base. I would give them negative stars, were that possible. One example of their blundering ineptitude is a plan change that went nowhere and didn't happen for reason XYZ this week, different, of course, to reason MNO last week, resulting in another over-inflated bill and still no plan change after four weeks. Another example resulted in more than 32 days without internet at a new home address. They were called and given a month lead-in time before the move-in date to get their act together, only to have Vodafone repeatedly drop the ball, bungling service orders and doubling back and breaking promise after promise. Vodafone NZ needs to rethink their entire client approach. Or find the nearest jet engine to climb into while turned on. Uppercut yourselves in the face, Vodafone. With a steel chair.

  Hands down the single worst company in the world. They seem to put a lot of effort into making things as difficult as possible. Even giving them money is a task to rival sisyphus pushing the stone up the hill. Why they would ask me to rate them is well beyond me. I think it's further evidence of just how far up in the clouds they are. My contract will end soon and I'll be more relived than the crew of the Memphis Belle after their 25th mission to be outta there.

  Went in with my Smart Prime 6 that stopped charging and had issues with just about everything. Over time the corners of the phone had worn, and at some point had been hit and the weird plastic around the edge of the screen had cracked a bit. When I took it in and said what the issue I was having was, they simply said it had impact damage, and they would do nothing. I mean, I get that it may not be covered by warranty if it's had some serious damage, but it would have been nice to not have been turned straight around and told that because it looks like it's had some minor "damage", they won't go anywhere near it.
