  I arrived at reception and they noticed the month was wrong. After I explained what had happened they gave me a double room for extra $50 which I didn't mind. I then asked if they have a place where I can park my rental vehicle as the area didn't look safe. They charged me $20 for a parking space behind bars downstairs of building. The customer service was great. Unpacked car and went up to the unit. About 8pm I went to the loo and the toilet seat was very loose. Then about 8.30pm the fridge/freezer starts making a rattling sound which kept me up all night. I didn't want to bother reception as I was tired from driving an 8 hour drive. The WiFi was good but you could only use so much after that you had to pay for the WiFi. I did let reception know of these issues as I was flying out that day.

  Half rent, Half hotel It's pretty clean, but if you go to here from Queen street, you feel like climb

  Nice place to stay, close to the centre of Auckland. Only problem we found was if we wanted to use a cot we had to pay to rent it daily. No other problems.

  Fine for a night. We stayed here for one night before leaving on a roadtrip. The room was very small, neat but not particularly clean, and felt much more like a dorm than an apartment or hotel. It was fine for a night, but we would have found a different hotel if we were staying longer.
