  The lady who served me was really rude and sarcastic because I went in store instead of ringing when my card was blocked

  You try and ring that number... its miracle if you get through. Im sure the customer service would be nice - just cant seem to get anyone t pick up the phone. Ive tried all different times of the day too.

  Contrary to other reviewers, I have always had good experiences at this branch. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and as long as you don't make the mistake of visiting at lunch time like the majority of people (thus large lines) there is only ever a very short wait to be served. Would recommend.
