  Great service and friendly faces. The staff here all make themselves busy and useful and are committed to helping customers. The place is run as effectively and efficiently as possible and the staff there are very pleasant to deal with which makes the lengthy process much more pleasant.

  Short wait, I went in to apply for a conversion license and the staff was courteous and helpful. They will charge you $1 per photocopy though so be aware.
