  the staff is kind and helpful. the service is quite good however we have to wait at least 20/30 minutes. but while we waited we can see the view from up here, it's nice place.

  Waited in line for 40 mins to get some cash out. I was spoken to once asking what I wanted. This is not acceptable customer service.

  Waiting for ages (20mints +)! to make a simple deposit, as only one person working on tellers...! Then one of the staff gave me a “deposit slip” to fill up when they say they’ve “gone paperless” lol 🤣🤣 Hot to teller the other staff said they don’t need slip... Get yourself together BNZ Wellington!

  Very helpful staff and good customer service. For a bank, they have high standards. I would recommend this branch for everyone.
