  This is my gym of choice. Great value memberships, 24hr access any time. Friendly helpful staff. Great equipment, I am a huge fan on the Hammer Squat rack and deadlift platform.

  This is great gym, having been a member from the start it has been great to see how far the Dee street gym has come. It is always evolving and improving which is great to keep it FRESH and interesting. Jamie runs a great gym with the monthly challenges really taking off this year. The staff are friendly and helpful. Jamie and his team have been great in working with the IHD Coaching Athletes and are assisting them achieve their sporting goals. Thanks guys and I cannot wait to see what improvements in the gym are coming next.

  Great staff very helpful.good set up. Love that they have a couple squat racks
