  Went in to Kiwibank Albany on Saturday to speak to 'a person', but the bank specialist could only make appointments on the weekend for new loans, not existing loans. They said I could make one for Sunday with another specialist which I did. Come Sunday I travel from Red Beach for my appointment, only to he told they have double booked and I must fill out some form and thry will log it on line for me. Not sure how they know what I want without speaking to me.... I don't exactly know which is why I need to speak to someone... I've been a customer for about 10 years and am very disappointed and will be looking to change banks.

  Nothing against the bank but they need to smarten their staff up towards customers. One new young girl was highly rude. Telling me she didn’t know how to do something with a disgruntled attitude, not even a thankyou. I said you could smile but she still didn’t get it! I don’t appreciate people pointing instead of talking!!

  Seriously what a poor level of service. After standing for about 15 minutes with 2 people serving one customer and with no end in sight I finally gave up. Won’t be going there in a hurry anytime soon.

  Have to wait a really long time which is annoying but I guess due to the huge population growth in the area. The staff are always friendly though and nice and chatty to my little kids and make us feel welcome so it's always a nice customer service experience - bar the wait. Always helpful advice when sending packages too so they seem very knowledgable.
