  Extremely poor quality accommodation. Holes and dents in walls, rotting worn-out carpet, lack of proper beds. Photos used for advertising don't represent the the real state of the place. TVs stolen, doors don't lock. Walls unclean, and paint peeling and chipped. The only good thing is the free unlimited wifi. Leaking gutters.

  Lovely clean modern quiet. Reason for 4 stars not 5 Only 2 sky sports channels so could not watch V8. This was poor. Private pool is empty when you arrive. Was lovely 30 minutes later.

  Pleasant host, all the proper amenities, bed was comfortable. Room could use some refreshing, including paint on the ceiling. Decent stay.

  We enjoyed our 1 night stay. It was clean,quiet,good bed and the check-in friendly and helpful.We will come back when we have to stay in Rotorua again. Cheers Hans 😂

  Staying 2 nights in spa apartment. Fantastic fuss free customer service, rooms clean and beds super comfy. Excellent value for money. We often travel to Rotorua and will definitely be coming back. Thanks Alpin.
