  1.Booked 2 rooms side by side but ended up getting 1 in "northland and 1 in southland". 2.No aircon unit.-Muggy as. 3.racist comment in kitchen in regards with cooking.

  Tidy and presentable, spacious rooms and large private spa off the bathroom. Handy to city and all attractions. Comfortable large bed. try to book a downstairs unit otherwise you'll be carrying bags upstairs. There is quite a steep driveway entry/exit onto a busy road. Tight car parks, but I'd stay here again. Reasonable rates for the facilities.

  Poor customer service especially from manager on (actually just plain rude) and poor handling of any concerns raised by customers. by the way, if you have already booked to stay here please take some of your own toilet paper and towels - as the hygiene level is poor and lack of toilet rolls even when requested.
