  Apologies for not knowing the young lady's name who works at Amazon Queensgate - but your custom service is outstanding. You went that extra mile, your bubbly personality never wavered even with a shop full of customers. I hope your boss reads this and gives you a pay rise because you deserve it! Best Customer Service I have had to date.
