::Took some leather work shoes in that I purchased there about 8 months earlier where the leather had started to rip away from the sole. The manager said unfortunately its wear and tear and that I must be rough with my shoes. He went out back and came back with a brand new pair of exact same shoes and gave them to me! No questions asked! Great service, I cannot recommend these guys enough!
