  Nearly perfect, have shifted the groomer team to Kilbirnie due to staff shifting to Auckland. Vets are brilliant with our dog, and quickly get them back to health. As this is part of a chain of vets, you can get care all week around town and the after-hours is excellent in ngaranga.

  Today was our third time seeing the lovely Dr Sarah. She remembers our boy from his previous visits and is so happy to see him again. Sarah treats our dogs with so much care and patience. Thank you Dr Sarah for making what is probably an unpleasant experience for our dogs, a pleasant one!

  I would say the Vet and Groomers are great, but what ruins the whole experience is the Reception Team. Not very welcoming, we have been dedicated customers for years and they still don’t know us by name, even when we take our fur baby to the groomers every 6 weeks they still ask for our details. One time we picked up medication for our fur baby and paid over $80 for just 8 tablets, but we were told by the vet there were more. Anyways, we called back and apparently they had dropped it or misplaced it? not bothering to look in to his records anyways I just think they a very POORLY when it comes to customer service for sure.
