::The staff here are all so lovely. Today I had a wonderful experience bringing my 5 month old puppy in to see groomer Jenn for his very first groom. She did an incredible job and I am so grateful. My puppy is currently very scared of strangers but he warmed to her immediately (and didn't bark!!). Highly recommend her. Seriously considering moving vets now. Thank you very much :)

::This was my first experience with Animates Petone and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and the vet that I saw communicated well and took the time to do a thorough examination. We weren't rushed through as I've experienced before at other places. I was given a lot of detail and had a follow up call with all the information and time to ask questions that I needed. Easily recommend them.
