  Terrible branch, wouldn't recommend. Gave me defaced foreign currency that banks overseas won't accept -- now I'm stuck overseas with less money! Also told me off for not ordering currency online -- it was USD! Could understand for uncommon currencies, but not USD.....

  Great customer service from the teller. Surprised at all the poor reviews. Maybe people are only motivated to rate bad experiences.

  Not good customer service. Come there for deposit money to another people had The ASB bank account. The Teller look unappreciate to done it. Why?

  staff are always right, customer are wrong so I found out. I went in to open an account an was informed I can do so.. only to be told no from another lady because it was 4.45pm & they close at 5. I work long hours so don't get much time to do things after work. I waited inline like everyone else. return on Monday only to be told by the manager they will not be opening me an account! because the staff felt threaten. What about me? your staff should had been had had the courtesy to not to give misleading information. steer clear from this branch. Not a customer friendly place, neither is the manager.

  I've had really bad experience with them.Specially one customer service representative.I don't want to name the person but want to say that ive never had such worst experience in my life.Please choose you representative properly.
