  Two years ago in January I went to ASB bank in Lincoln (can't find them on maps so I'm posting my review here) and requested to open a bank account. The lady that worked there looked at my passport and as soon as she realized that I'm from Iran, she told me that they can't let me open a bank account with them because "people from my country are considered a high risk" and then she suggested for me to try Westpac. I now have a Westpac account and they don't seem to think that I am a high risk for their bank! I don't know what gives these people the right to put this label of "high risk" on people from a certain ethnicity and refuse to let them open a simple bank account. I still to this day continue to go around and tell people how I was treated at ASB bank that day hoping that they would refuse to join your filthy business of creating false differences between equal human beings. You are promoting racism. I feel unsafe as a person knowing that businesses like yours exist.

  Very poor customer service received when we were at Westfield branch today. Staff at counter was obviously not happy to serve us. No smile no greeting no eye contact and not welcomed look on her face and tone of voice Very disappointed and upset with the poor service. However thumbs up to the supervisor who came to talk to us later who was friendlier and helpful.

  Great customer service from a representative with personality, and seemed genuinely interested in our needs.
