  Worst branch to come into - Pretty sure all the rejects are sent to this branch. I came here for help logging into my Business account and got 0 traction - the women that helped me was a basic waste of space Went to the Northlands branch - the lovely ladies were able to help me in less than 5 minutes and gave me all the information I needed

  I booked to open the account, and got there on time, however I had to wait around 50minutes, and no approgize for it. The lady in charge of me told me my account would be set up by next day, however, after tow weeks, no contact, no set up at all. Today, she rang me but no sigle word 'Sorry'. I also complained those unconfortable things to Sales Maneger by email, but no contact me from him /her at all eather. I lastly stop opening the account at this bank. It is really awful. BANK should be most trustful and reliable, and speedy too. The bank that have this kinds of staffs shows us how their policy is, how they organaze the things.

  Terrible service, didn't read our application form, set up accounts wrong, didn't check our email address, send documents to wrong email address. Awful.
