  Only ASB branch around Porirua. Conveniently located in North City shopping mall so it opens late night in every Thursday night.

  Worst service I have had from banking sector. The girl at the counter refused to give me the change card and told me as per their rule they have to charge me. I borrowed change card from a fellow retailer and got the change from their machine. Their manager stopped me from leaving premises and took away my card. He then told me that my friend had to come to collect the card. I mean it’s ridiculous, I was just trying to get some change. Not rob a bank. I will never have an account with asb ever and make sure that all of my friends do the same.

  Avoid the bank teller named Eden. Totally incompetent and disrespectful. Doesnt make eye contact or communicate properly. Then gives the customer attitude when they ask what is going on. Even said "The transaction is over when I say it is" lol. What a way to speak to a long term customer. Never been dealt with that kind of disrespect in any type of customer service situation in my life. Had to go all the way to the area manager to get a decent outcome regarding her behaviour. He dealt with it well..lift your game ASB.

  Great Bank. Don't go into a physical branch often but had to today. Awesome service!!
