::Today I came in to Westpac to pay my Nan’s bills via Smart ATM as she doesn’t have access to internet banking and can’t leave the house during this lockdown period. Prior to me there was an old man who was struggling with something and a lady from inside the bank came out and assisted him which was awesome to see. However, when it was my turn to pay the bill I was having an issue with the machine and I needed help. I went up to the door to try and get one of the employees inside to help me out with the machine, unfortunately they saw me and just signalled at me they were closed. Not a single person came out and even asked me what I needed help with. Absolutely disrespectful from you Westpac

::I live in South Africa. Banked with Westpac Poirirua. Friday 17h33 Friday(after bank closed)just got emails telling me my passwords and all security details have been changed on line by unknown person. No enquiries, no warnings, no checks, just changed my security settings, seems obvious by Westpac insider. Bank closed over weekend so no enquiry or alert possible until Monday 09h00. Banking nightmare.
