  Amazing service! The couples massage was great and we also loved the Jacuzzi with our glass of wine.

  Absolutely amazing massage from one of the therapists. She was really attentive to my needs. Friendly front of house staff, will definitely be going back!

  Bad phone mannerisms! Just said 'hello' when I rang had to ask if I had the right place. Hung up without saying bye, might be a cultural thing? Gel manicure was shabby. Kept going over the nail and scrapping off excess with her nail. Painted my cuticles too. Three days later the edges are starting to rise up.

  Terrible customer service, the manager woman was incredibly rude, brusque and lost my information file (I was returning for laser hair removal), she insisted that they never had it and she gave me the entire stack of personal files belonging to everyone with a last name starting with the same letter as mine, telling me to go through and find my own if it was there. Those files are filled with information of a very personal nature (e.g. health issues, diagrams of what hair you want removed) and there were multiple people's files who I knew in there. The actual treatment and treatment room was incredibly unhygienic; filthy floor with visible dust and hair all over it, especially noticeable on the old blobs of wax that had turned dark grey from their crust of dust and hair. Dirty towels. Double dipping in the big lidless cut down plastic container of gel. Sloppy laser placement missing huge patches of leg hair. When she was done she gave me two tissues and abruptly walked out after complaining angrily that her husband was selling the hair removal too cheaply on Treat Me. The tissues were not very helpful for cleaning off two full legs covered in gel. I walked out feeling very sticky and dirty, and got home as soon as I could for a very long shower. Their customer relations, privacy, hygiene and service standards were absolutely atrocious. I will NEVER go back there.

  Very nice experience we had couples massage, then a seperate body wrap scrub and a gel manicure. We were running a bit late but it wasn’t a drama, just said we would still need to keep within our time slot, nonetheless our massages didn’t feel rushed. Time was taken with the manicure and it was not hurried. The body wrap scrub was pleasantly relaxing and sleep inducing!
