  I've floated a few times before and although it was ok it wasn't as great as other floats. There was only one staff member there and as such she was totally under pressure and I was slightly late into the pod...difficult with the parking wardens circling. The room was incredibly bright and I was told the lights were on a sensor and would turn off after 10 mins...they didn't. Also pod didn't close properly so there was no way of floating in darkness. They had ear plugs but the ones they have don't work for me as they don't for many other people; they need a few different options. The pod itself was far too hot. I believe they are suppose to only be body temp but this was far warmer than that which caused me to have to open and close the pod several times throughout. I asked for music throughout not realising that they just played one track on loop! If you offer music throughout you need a track that is at least as long as the float. Traffic noise and other bumps/bangs were quote distracting. Not quite the sensory deprivation I was hoping for but it was better than no float at all.

  After reading the reviews for this business I was a little unsure on what to expect. But the whole experience was very pleasant and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

  So much light and noise pollution in pod, turned off all the lights in room and it still wasn't dark enough in the pod. Very disappointing. Poor customer service also. After my float, which I only spent half my allocation time in due to so much noise (even with ear plugs), I let the receptionist know my disappointment and was not offered so much as an apology. Will definitely not be returning. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Super relaxing and lovely. My first float for 30 mins with 15 mins on each side to shower cleanse and prepare and pamper with Suskin products afterwards. Nice set up with great big shower in the same room as the pod itself. Staff showed me around and told me the instructions before leaving me to it, so I knew what was happening when. Could just do with a clock in the room so you know when your 15 mins is up after your float! :) . Will definately float here again soon.

  This place has had All Blacks come through for floats along with many other famous people including the amazing American singers Pia Mia and Lloyd. It is a great place for pampering and I would recommend this place for birthday gifts.
