  These peeps sell what appears to be a wide range of Avanti bikes and e bikes. They have pre loved bikes too. If you are wanting to explore further than you can walk they also hire out bikes so you can get some exercise and take in the fabulous atmosphere and views that are to be enjoyed around Wellington. The staff are friendly, helpful and not pushy

  Despite being crazy busy they promised to get my bike tuned up and locate the source of the mysterious creak in a few days. Not only did they fix it, they had it to me the very next day. Massively grateful - cheers Nigel!

  Nigel was super helpful - I was planning on taking my bike in for a basic tune-up but he told me to bring it in for a quick consultation, ended of fixing my minor problem in 5 minutes flat and charging me a really small fee. Saved me time and money and even helped calibrate my speedometer. Great service, interested in fixing my bike, not taking my money.. I think they're very trustworthy folks!

  I think I was talking to the owner of this shop a few weeks back. I was honest and said I was comparing prices with a website. With this honesty, he said I was wasting his time and walked away. I was shocked. I have brought two bikes from here in the last 10 years, spending over $2,500 and will never go back in there again. There are plenty of better bike shops in Wellington who are keen to help you. I ended up buying my $3,000 bike from Bike Barn down the road. Shame.

  There expertise and can do approach is first rate. I had some teething problems with a new bike which they quickly resolved. I cannot fault their customer service.
