  Big room, clean, right at downtown Auckland. staff are friendly, except you can hear music from nearby clubs all night long, i stay at 5th floor, its not that loud but enough to notice the bass vibration, you can smell lower level restaurant is cooking BBQ, bed and pillows arE dated. avoid lower level if you have to stay there

  Great location. We had a free upgrade to the 23rd floor and had amazing views from our balcony. The accommodation had everything we needed and more (comfy bed, lounge and dining areas, fully kitted out kitchen including microwave, toaster etc and even a dishwasher, washer/dryer in the bathroom. Lifts a little slow but that was the only down side. Staff very helpful.

  Good place, central location, and decent price for the area. I do truly hate the NZ habit of charging by the gig for wifi in hotels. It's a total rip off and doesn't cost the hotel anything extra.

  Very nice hotel room with great facilities and lovely staff. I'm always a little put off when hotels say that WiFi is included but you find out you only get a certain amount of data before you have to pay. In this day and age, it's crazy that this still exists. The beds were really comfy and the room itself was huge, so you definitely can't complain at that. Mind you, it wasn't cheap!

  Reasonably nice hotel. Helpful staff. Well located in the city centre and easy to walk to and walk around, but a little bit difficult to drive to, and parking in the area is expensive. Internet service costs extra and is a bit poor, but serviceable. Bedrooms a bit small but comfortable. All in all a decent experience but could be a bit more polished.
