staff not very friendly and helpful, seems like that they not interested in sell bed to us.

Service average when I called in for help. I would have spent over $5k..plus as I saw a lounge suite I liked. They werent interested. Retail sales and bricks+ mortar shops should be focuing on service delivery....out of this world every time a customer walks into the space. I took a picture of a fee items and will buy them elsewhere now.
