  Awful customer service, impossible to get through on phone, no order updates and huge delays. Would not purchase from this store again after being loyal customers for years. Terribly disappointing, would not recommend

  We bought our bed here a few years ago and we joke about it being marble topped - its about as soft as marble, no joke its been a dining table in a former life we think. Went there a few weeks back and was hurriedly warned by sales person not to sit on the bed as they may break. man. i am not an ogre, but im not a stickman either. worst sales pitch ever. Went to Harvey Norman instead.

  Good, cheap furniture. Watch out for the salesmen though, one with dollar signs in their eyes will quickly rush you when you enter the store and suggest things either out of budget, or not suitable for purpose. If you request a quote they will call you repeatedly the following day saying you need to buy immediately.

  Ok selection with ok pricing. About to move to new site that will hopefully have improved layout & feel warmer (atmosphere at current store is lacking)
