  Wish to thank all the team at Bell Lamb Trotter for taking such good care of our family through the painful loss of our mother. All aspects were taken care with love and sincerity , the celebrant was amazing. It was an incredibly lovely service and my mother would have been very pleased. Warm love . Thank you Leeann

  Andrew and his staff have done a fabulous job in taking care of a good friend of mine who passed away 4 weeks ago yesterday. This is the second time i have had contact with Bell Lamb and Trotter Funeral directors over the last 3 years, and would not hesitate to recommend them to any family during what is often a very difficult and stressful time. Interesting to note at least two of the one star reviews posted here are from people who have never used this business before. Sorry MIKE!!

  “ Recently I lost my beautiful wife of 22 years and the mother of my two young children. Karen was a dynamic and beautiful person who suffered from a resurgence of Cancer, she lost her battle after only 5 weeks at the age of 44 years young. Suzanne Bell was involved with Karen’s plans with the funeral arrangements whilst Karen was still alive and there were some very specific requirements that Karen wanted to achieve for her funeral. All of these were more than met by the wonderful Suzanne Bell, Andrew and Ian Bell. They went out of their way to make this process as easy and trouble free as possible. The funeral was simply beautiful and really paid homage to Karen and my wishes. Many commented by the many attendees as one of the most stunning they had attended, the team at Bell Lamb and Trotter were absolutely fantastic couldn’t have asked for a more professional and compassionate team to make this incredibly sad day a very special one.” I cannot recommend this company highly enough for your funeral arrangements for your loved one. They will deliver a very special day that you will treasure.

  My father passed away late last year. I contacted Bell Lamb and Trotter as they had been highly recommended to me. The choice was definitely the right one to make. My father was looked after with so much care and and dignity. Andrew, Ian, Suzanne and the team gave great support to my sisters and me ensuring that every detail we requested was met. The time and effort that Andrew put into creating the beautiful service sheets, memorial books and video was exceptional. The finished products were far superior to any I have seen at other funerals I've attended. Their bereavement councilor is also a great asset. She contacted us a couple of weeks after the funeral to offer support if we required it. I have recommended Bell Lamb and and Trotter to many friends and will continue to do so.

  I contacted Bell, Lamb and Trotter when my mother had a few weeks to live. I corresponded with Andrew Bell, who helped with giving me a quote. Because I was in the unlucky position to be able to compare quotes, I went back to Andrew with another quote I had received. The Bell, Lamb and Trotter website clearly states they will beat another written quote by 5%, however Andrew was not at all interested in honouring this, instead immediately assuming I was after a budget, no frills funeral and suggesting I take my business elsewhere. This was a gross assumption to make, and I immediately corrected him on this, however he never genuinely apologized, instead continuing to badger me with emails claiming I wanted a budget funeral. Even after I had advised I no longer wanted to deal with him, that I was going elsewhere, he still continued to harass me. My mother passed away earlier this week, Lamb and Hayward were flawless in how they handled everything, from moving Mum, to orchestrating her beautiful service. We didn't spare a dime on this, we loved her more than anything in the world. If you want someone empathetic, who will make every effort to look after your loved one while also treating you and your family with dignity, use Lamb and Hayward. Don't waste your time and energy and money on Andrew Bell and his poor excuse of a business.
