  Mark has done an incredible job for us in these most difficult times. He was always available for all family members and has a calm way of helping that is incredible. I am happy that he took care of my dads cremation, we could have not had a better choice. Its in times like that that you need people like Mark!

  We were recommended to use Simplicity Funerals when my mother died and were so pleased with their friendly and helpful service. Both Mike and Mark eased the difficulty of many arrangements and were extremely helpful at this difficult time. We had no hesitation in using their services again a year later for my mother-in-law’s funeral, for which they once again did a superb job.

  Both Mark and Mike are exceptional in their work. Very professional and always putting the families first. They have a great understanding of what is required in this line of work and they excel at it. They do everything well but its the little things, the extra mile they go to that stands out for me. Nothing is too big or too small. I honestly can't fault them so would and do recommend them to others.
