  Went into big save with intent to get quotes for my work, one lady was cleaning the windows one guy was serving. Those two were already busy, approched the counter where there was a lady standing doing absolutely nothing she didn't even greet me or even acknowledge I was there, another staff member came back at least she was vocal in a way. I wanted to ask questions but again it was like I was invisible when I asked if someone was going to help me, all of a sudden they could see me, you could see they didn't care as it was Sunday afternoon I was annoyed if only there bosses knew they are paying for a service which the are definitely not providing the customer. You try and support local businesses but I think I would rather go elsewhere disappointing Big Save

  We have recently bought some furniture from Big Save. The sales staff were outstanding with excellent service and advice. The next best thing was the delivery service from Central City Movers. They not only delivered our order but also unpacked the packaging and removed all the cardboard and plastic for us and then put what we had bought together for us. Both the staff at Big Save, Upper Hutt and the staff at Central City Movers deserve a gold star!
