  good product range, helpful staff, However There is often long queues thus long waits due to lack of staff. Separating purchases from paperwork and having more staff on duty would really see service sped up.

  The employees went out of their way to help when I purchased a data plan and had some printing/scanning done. It was busy, but well staffed and they made a good effort.

  friendly accommodating staff have improved the layout of stock so easier to find what your after and aisles not so narrow.

  Something about this store that even with its spruce up inside it's still not great. Anyway for stationery supplies it's ok. There photo printing terminals are hopeless and need replacing
