  I love my king single bed room. Its nice and tidy and I feel at home. It allows me to write my reports in peace. I will definitely return to this motel for my next Invercargill assignment.

  Lovely big rooms comfortable and well appointed Good parking and easy walk to town

  Staf not very friendly, room was a weird mix of ancient stuff and hyper modern stuff. Location is not that bad but then again, not that much to do in invercargill so location is not that important.

  In A Nutshell: -I was hesitant at first upon driving up to Birchwood Manor Motel. -As part of a larger group I wasn't the organizer. -However, after getting past looks & checking into the room I was pleasantly surprised. -I ended up w/ a small apartment complete w/ kitchen, a large living space, a separate bedroom (queen & twin bed) & decent sized bathroom. -The location is also very good, across from a grocery store, around the corner from a liquor store plus other stores. Overall, I had a very good night sleep & would stay again.
