  Awsome atmosphere for the family and friends.was to good to catch up with rugby mates you havent seen in ages,my steakn mash was cooked the way i liked it.as we where leaving the band was cranking Awsome tunes

  The bomb. Perfect burgers and ultimate chips...not to mention the best Macs Beer. Just what i needed after a 17km run!

  Great and quirky bar. Had many a good night here. Recently renovated after the removal of their own brewery. Has a good range beer on tap. Have dined here but cant recall the meal. Cant have been bad.

  If your in the middle of the road you are closer to the truth. Not great or awful just average. Now we've had rough drinking establishments come and go in Whangarei, this place is confused between a gastropub, an eatery and a tavern. You'll either love it or hate it. Good for work get-togethers not so much for singles. More for the older crowd. If they had more craft beers or foreign beers and bigger sizes that would be good. Maybe if they worked on improving the bar side of things.
