  Lady was very rude on the phone when I asked about the cost and more detail. . Company needs a better customer service on the phone.

  great service very friendly and helpful dealt with other plumbers in the past their service was nowhere near WHAT WE GOT FROM BT PLUMBING EX SERVICE THANK YOU VERY MUCH

  Arranged a plumber for my boss, and just had a message to say that the service was excellent. He's a busy guy, and having someone turn up on time and able to quickly solve the problem, was paramount. Thanks to Dylan for doing such a fantastic job. I'll be recommending you to anyone who needs a great plumber - and have you all set up in my own phone in case that's me!

  Bruce, Ben, Luke and ? Sorry have forgotten his name, were all wonderful. I could not fault them. They were helpful, very efficient, very pleasant to deal with and got on with the job. Now I have hot water again!!!! I would highly recommend BT Plumbing Ltd. I give them 5 stars

  If your staff are your best asset, then this company is asset rich, It begins with the warm friendly voice from the lady who takes your call. Then comes the, right on time, representative to talk you through your best options, so you really feel engaged. The result is a very professional job,from an extremely pleasant, and skilled, trade certified bunch of guys. A total pleasurable experience from start to finish, I really wish all business were this good. Linda
