::I'm extremely disappointed, I rent a car during 2 weeks and the last day I forgot my smartphone holder on the windscreen. The day after I call them and they told me "we have nothing in the lost property, we can't do anything". Are you serious ?? It was on the windscreen and now it disappeared ?? I know Budget has a bad reputation in Australia because cleaners steal has much as they can. I'm really really disappointed to discover the same thing in New Zealand.. I called everyday but nothing ! The cleaning team steal belongings and the manager seems to be ok with that. If you book with Budget you will be sure you will never see again your belongings (smartphone, sun glasses, wallet, watch, jewelry...) I do not recommend you this disrespectful company !
