  The price went up.. And in my opinion for the lack of experience and uncleanliness it is a bit of a joke. The cakes and slices are unattractive and overpriced.. It does not look too fresh. Hardly any staff working. Most of the time there is only one person doing everything. My guess is they do not want to fork out for extra wages. If multiple people order coffee or from the kitchen the wait time is ridiculous plus the order does not come out together so you either wait while your food goes cold or eat separately, approximately 15-25 minutes apart. What happened, Chipmunks? 2 years ago this place was pumping and so friendly and happy. Now its dull and depressing. They staff won't talk to ya if you try to strike up some good ol' kiwi banter. Sad The new inflatables are alright

  Staff needs to keep big kids away from under 5 area. I saw little ones been knocked over several times.

  Great activity for the kids but always seems dirty and smelly and can be dark inside the playground on a grey day. With that many kids going through they should be disenfecting all play surfaces every day.

  My visit was the first in a long time and most likely the last. Seems they're more interested in money than the experience of their customers. It's hot in there. All the kids sweat but don't have a water fountain to rehydrate. Small bottles of water cost $2.90 so over a few hours adds to an already pricey admission. What's up with the Christmas songs playing? Cringeworthy. I agree with music! Some good music would certainly add a better atmosphere. The service is ok but I recommend Slam Jump for a great time for all, children and adults alike.
